We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our centre team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while helping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our visitors, tenants and staff.
The role will involve carrying out regular patrols across the centre, monitoring CCTV systems, responding to incidents and alarms, assisting customers and supporting retailers with any security concerns. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and a proactive approach to customer care and safety.
Previous experience in a security or customer service role is preferred, and applicants must hold a valid SIA licence. Flexible working hours, including weekends and shift work, will be required.
