Santa’s Grotto will be open from Saturday 8th November until Wednesday 24th December 2025. Book now to avoid disappointment, we can’t wait to see you!

• Photo with Santa Only £9.50
• Visit to Santa with Gift with photo for one child £18.50
• Visit to Santa with Visit to Santa with gift for two children with one photo £27.50

Snow Globes and Tree Baubles will be available at time of visit – subject to availability can also be purchased on your visit.

If your family is larger than 2 kids, please book over 2 slots. i.e. one booking for gift for 2 children plus a photo together, and then next booking visit to Santa with gift, This will allow for 3 children at one time with added time, 3 gifts and one photo.

• Closed Monday to Wednesday
• Thursday & Friday – 1pm to 5pm
• Saturday – 9am to 5pm
• Sunday – 11am to 5pm

UNTIL December when we will be closed Monday and Tuesday, then …

• Wednesday 3rd and 10th December we will be open 1-5pm
• Monday 15th December to Friday 19th December – 12pm to 5pm
• Saturday 20th December – 9am to 5pm
• Sunday 21st December – 10am to 5pm
• Monday 22nd December – 9am to 5pm
• Tuesday 23rd December – 9am to 5pm
• Wednesday 24th December – 9am to 3pm

Terms and Conditions: All tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for bookings if you are no longer able to attend. Tickets can be given to family or friends and there is no need to change the name on the booking as long as they have your booking ID e-mail.
