Customer Service Week

October 2017

On Monday the 2nd of October Customer Service Week launched and the Forge team participated in varies activities throughout the week.

The Forge Shopping Centre has been awarded a Customer Service Excellence certificate for continuous improvement efforts in achieving customer service excellence within the Shopping Centre.
New uniform launched. Now our staff will look good when they are serving you.
Steven the janitor has traded places with the Centre Manager. Steven has done the walk back with the early morning cleaning team and the Operations Supervisor. He also attended a meeting with Tracey from McDonalds to discuss landscaping.
Centre Manager Paul Wishart has traded places with Steven the janitor. Paul has been emptying the bins and litter picking.
Jason has traded places and joined management in the SLA meeting were they were scoring last months performance.
